My teacher recommended to read Conscious Classroom Management. I really like her management style. She also recommended that if I had a student that I was not connecting to, that I spend 2 minutes each day just talking to that students each day for 10 days, to get better connected to them. I really like her classroom community and want to emulate it my future classroom.
